The dog's behavior now and in the future is solely the responsibility of the owner/handler (client) of the dog. Should any behavior on the dog's part now or in the future result in damage to the property, owners, or person or property of some third party, owner agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all such damage, and to indemnify Sit Pretty Dog Training and Pet Services, employees and agents from any and all obligations to pay such damage to owner/handler or third party. All dogs are trained or otherwise handled or cared for by or owner/handler receives instruction from Sit Pretty Dog Training and Pet Services , without any liability whatsoever against Sit Pretty Dog Training and Pet Services, employees or agents for loss, damage from disease, death, running away, theft, fire, injury to or from persons, other dogs or property, or by any other causes. I certify that my dog's vaccines are current. I understand that no refunds will be given once the training has begun. I understand that I am solely responsible for the behavior of my dog and that I must continue the training on my own, after formal instruction is completed to ensure the best possible results. All training is done with Force-Free methods based on the science of how dogs learn.
